Arrival and Departure

Check in Time:    1:00 pm
Check Out Time: 10:00 am (Charges may apply after this time).


On request, a late check-out up to 11.30am will have no extra charges (if available).  Any late check-outs after 11.30am will incur either a “late fee” or a full one night’s room charge.

Deposit / Payment Policy

To finalise your booking we require a credit card number, and authorisation. This will secure your booking. No monies are deducted from your card, until arrival; or alternatively other payment options are available upon check in. We do not accept cheques, unless prior arrangements have been made with management.

Payment Types

Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, EFTPOS & Cash – We DO NOT charge Surcharge on Credit Cards

Best Western Charge Cards, Vouchers and Travel Cards accepted.

No Party Policy

We have a strict “No Party Policy” to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us. The management reserve the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion we also reserve the right to have you removed from the premises with no refunds.

Smoking in rooms

We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for extra cleaning.
This includes cleaning, dry cleaning, airing out the room, carpet cleaning and 1 or 2 nights of non selling the room.

A copy of these terms and conditions can be obtained from reception.

Privacy policy

Security of your personal information

Any personal information that we collect about customers including email addresses will be kept in our database. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is protected against misuse, disclosure and unauthorised access, including restricting access of personal information only to employees who require it in order to fulfill our obligations to you.

We will not disclose any personal information to third parties outside our company, without your written authority (except to the individual to whom the personal information relates) unless we are required by law or it is otherwise necessary.

In addition, we will comply with all legislation, principles, industry codes and policies by which we are bound (including without limitation the Privacy act 1988)

Cancellation policy

The Best Western Motel Farrington may charge a cancellation fee to your Credit Card or retain all or part of any deposit if “notice of cancellation or changes” is not received by the cancellation deadline. 

Our Cancellation Period is “24 hours prior to scheduled date of arrival”

Our Cancellation Period is “7 days prior to scheduled date of arrival” for Christmas/Easter, long week-ends and/or holidays, festivals, etc

For Group Reservations of 10 rooms or more, the cancellation period is “up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival

Our cancellation Period for Visy Shutdowns is a “minimum of 30 days in advance”

Prepaid Internet Bookings on “Last minute sites” may have a “No Cancellation policy” in place”
